How to prepare for your AMC exam
A lot of students experience some form of anxiety when sitting for their AMCcourse exam. Some are able to deal with the anxiety and prevent it from affecting their ability to prepare for an exam. There are those students who experience a lot of exam anxiety that makes it more difficult for them to study.

should know it is perfectly normal to experience anxiety. There is a high
chance that a lot of your fellow students feel anxious too. You will need to
study for your exam and be mentally prepared if you want to pass your exam.
Keep the following things in mind when it comes to preparing for your exam.
Improve your sleeping habits
You
should get enough sleep to be mentally prepared. Enough sleep will improve your
memory, mental health and focus. You will be more likely to feel stress if you
don’t get quality sleep. We understand that your AMC preparation could be
taking most of your time but you need to set aside enough time to sleep.
You
should get between nine and seven hours of rest every night. Make sure you cut
off distractions when you go to bed to increase the quality of sleep.
Make a plan
You
should plan before your AMC exam. You need to estimate the time it takes to
study to make a good plan. You should keep in mind that the average student
cannot study effectively for more than three hours. You should be detailed when
making a plan.
Do some exercise
You
might be wondering how this is related to your AMCcourse but exercising
is very important. It is a good idea to set aside some time and do a short
cardio workout daily. You will reap some good benefits if you do cardio for
around half an hour daily.
