Math is a challenging subject and USACO training is so helpful for students of all ages and all capabilities. American Math competitions are the competitions that Math students want to enter and that Math students want to do well in. And even if a Math student is not entering a competition but wants to improve their Math, the USACO training is the way to do it. Math is of course about smartness. Math is also however about logic, it is about the ability to think in certain ways and it is about learning how to solve problems in different ways. It is not just about having a high IQ or being a brilliant student. Math is about grasping the way things work, about knowing which formula to apply to what part of a certain Math question, and then applying the right formula.
